Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated and charged after checkout. We will disclose any shipping fees before you complete your transaction. Shipping costs may be influenced by product weight, dimensions and your selected shipping address. Expedited delivery options are available for an additional cost.
You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to invalid or incorrect addresses. If an order is undeliverable, we may attempt to contact you for updated delivery information. If we cannot obtain a valid address, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the purchase amount minus shipping fees.
Title transfers upon delivery. Product ownership transfers to you once your order reaches the shipping address. Title transfer for digital products occurs when the product is made available for download. If an order is lost during transit, please contact us so we may initiate an investigation.
We are not liable for shipping delays. We work hard to ship all orders in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We are not liable for any delays caused by transportation carriers or other events outside of our direct control. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you and may offer to refund or replace products as appropriate.
Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. Some high-value orders may require a signature to accept delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it may be returned. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to refusal of signature delivery. Check tracking information closely as your order delivery date approaches.
Returns & Refunds
Most products can be returned within 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in new and unused condition for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply submit a return request and mail your items to our returns processing facility. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Some products have different return policies or are final sale. Digital products, personal care items and other products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Perishable, customized or personalized products may have shorter return windows. Carefully check the return policy for each item before purchase. If no return window is posted, items are returnable within 30 days.
Refunds are generally issued to your original payment method. Once your return is processed at our facility, we will approve your refund request. Most refunds are issued to the original payment mechanism used at checkout. Refunds for gift card or store credit purchases will be issued as gift card/store credit balances. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statements.
You are responsible for shipment of return items. It is your responsibility to pay return shipping costs and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return shipment. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
All included parts and materials must be returned. Products must be returned new, unused and containing all parts, accessories, instructions, etc. as received. Keep all packaging materials for use when shipping your return. Returns without all original components may be rejected or only partially refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse certain returns. In some cases, we may choose not to accept a return if the product has been used, damaged, or is missing components. Products must be returned in a resalable condition. Do not return products showing excessive wear and tear or in an unsanitary condition.
Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining account security. You are solely responsible for controlling access to any passwords or user IDs associated with your account. Always choose secure credentials and do not share your login info with others. We are not liable for any losses due to unauthorized account access or compromised credentials.
